Here's what you can expect:
Pre-Arrival: Before the technician arrives, we require sample joints to be sent to our facility. This ensures the machine is correctly fitted to your specifications and helps us tailor the program to your needs. The objective is to validate machine performance on a limited scale, not to produce a high-volume retail order.
Day 1: Initial Setup and Calibration
Unboxing: Our technician will unbox and set up the machine at your facility.
Calibration: Using your specific concentrate, the technician will begin calibrating the machine. Think of our technician as a chef—tell them what you're looking for, and they'll make it happen.
Planning: The technician will outline the work for the next two days, focusing on testing up to three different types of concentrates and three different joint form factors.
Day 2: Demonstration and Performance Testing
The technician will operate the machine, producing joints in various form factors to meet your quality standards.
This session is not a training exercise; it's a demonstration of the machine’s capabilities under optimal conditions. You'll have the opportunity to measure joints produced per hour (UPH) and observe the machine's performance within a limited time frame.
Day 3: Final Runs and Wrap-Up
In the morning, the technician will continue running the machine to finalize testing and ensure you are satisfied with the results.
In the afternoon, the technician will clean and pack up the machine for departure.
By the end of the program, you should have a clear understanding of how the machine operates with your materials, its speed capabilities, and its overall suitability for your needs.
Additional Information:
During this 3-day testing process, you can expect to produce between 3,000 to 5,000 joints.

Please send us a photo of your filled finished cones off your assembly line next to a ruler. Then, let us know the brand of papers you're using so we can reference our library to see which wheels we need to bring for your pilot program.

This is highly variable on grain size, paper type, concentrate, and dose amount. Most people infuse the pre-rolls and place them in a container. An alternative option, is that you can hang the joints upside down for 60 seconds until the concentrate inside solidifies at room temperature.
