The following services are included in the warranty fee:

  • Coverage for 2,000 operational hours

  • Subscription to the online production analytics software, Laka™

    • Monthly production reports

  • Unlimited firmware upgrades

    • Continuous improvement to your machine’s speed and performance

  • Customer Support

    • Slack support 8am - 8pm PST with response times under 15 minutes

    • Voice, video, and augmented reality calling support when necessary

    • In-person technician support when necessary with a technician flying out within 48 hours of notice

  • Bumper-to-bumper coverage on all parts and labor in the machine while being used according to the manual. Replacement parts include all subsystems up to full machine replacement, excluding consumables.
