Continuous improvement to your machine’s speed and performance
Customer Support
Slack support 8am - 8pm PST with response times under 15 minutes
Voice, video, and augmented reality calling support when necessary
In-person technician support when necessary with a technician flying out within 48 hours of notice
Bumper-to-bumper coverage on all parts and labor in the machine while being used according to the manual. Replacement parts include all subsystems up to full machine replacement, excluding consumables.
